I DON'T KNOW MY LOGIN DETAILS!

I can't seem to access my team, I don't know my email address/username or password!

You will need to login using the details that you registered your team with. If you provided an email address then please login with this and your password. If you didn't provide an email address then you'll need to log in with your Username - if you don't know this then please see your League Chairman, who will be able to see this on the 'Manage' page in the chairman's zone.

If you don't know your password you can use the lost password feature so we can send the password to your email address.

If you are still having trouble please email us and we'll get back to you with your details shortly.

I'M HAVING PROBLEMS MAKING TRANSFERS!

When I try and put my transfers through there is no 'continue' button showing at the bottom of the page!

Firstly make sure you have a valid SFL formation, (4-4-2, 5-3-2, or 4-3-3). Remember your defence has to be made up of two full-backs, and two/three centre-backs depending on whether you are playing five or four in defence.

Also make sure you are not trying to make more transfers than you are allowed. You are limited to five transfers per month, and 25 for the season.

I HAVE GIVEN THE WRONG DETAILS, HOW DO I CHANGE THIS?

I need to change my manage name, email address, or password. Where can I do this?

To change these details login and click 'My profile' on the right side of the page, which will then allow these to be changed.

I DON'T KNOW THE RULES!

Where can I see information on how points are scored and transfers?

Hover your mouse over the section in the top right that says 'Entrant'. From here you can find all rules.

HOW DO I SEE HOW WELL MY TEAM IS DOING?

How do I see how many points each player has got me, and how they scored these points?

Click on the 'Stats' tab on your team page to see all points scored for your players, you can also see points you have scored for sold players on this page.

You can also see a breakdown of these points by clicking on the players name on the 'stats' page, which also gives useful fixtures information.

I want to see my Position nationally, regionally in my school and in my year. How do I do this?

To see your school leaderboard simply click 'My School' on the right side of the page, when logged in.

You can also click on the 'My Leaderboards' link on the right side of the page, you can then click through to see how well your team is doing in all leaderboards you are involved in.

HOW DO I PLAY IN A PRIVATE LEAGUE?

I want to create a private league, or join an existing one in my school, how do I do this?

When logged in to your team simply click the 'private league' link on the right side of your team page. From here you can enter a pin number of a league you want to join, or find leagues that have already been created in your school. Below this you can create your own league by entering your league name into the correct box. Once done don't forget to send out invites using the 'invites' button on your league table.

WHERE'S MY REGISTRATION PACK?

I have registered my school, but not received my registration pack to get started. Is there anything I can do?

If you registered before 21st August then your pack should have been delivered on 6th September 2010. Email chairhelp@fantasyleague.com with your school name, PIN and postcode and we'll track delivery for you.

If you registered since then there is a 10-14 day turnaround time from the date you registered. Apologies for the delay, it takes a while to print the personalised elements in the pack. You can generate copies of the Entry Vouchers via the 'Set Up' area of the CZ. You can also print out an Entry Form via the Downloads page to photocopy and circulate.

WHEN DO THINGS NEED TO BE DONE BY?

I haven't really got the time to read through all the literature, when does everyone need to register by and what are the other key deadlines?

Entrants must register their teams by Saturday 16th October to ensure they score points from the start. If they register before they can practice during pre-season. Entrants can register after 16th October but they won't have their points backdated, team registration closes 1st December.

You should send your Team Payment to SFL by the time the season starts in October. The sooner you send it to us the sooner you'll receive your allocation of free gifts and certificates.

I NEED MORE...

I've run out of Entry Vouchers, Entry Forms and Posters, can I get some more?

You can instantly generate up to 500 via the 'Set Up' SFL page in the Chairman's Zone, and print them out.

You can request additional Entry Forms (and promotional materials) via the 'Order more' page within the 'Set Up' area also.

We'll send the rest of your soft balls to you in November, provided we've received and processed payment from your school. You can purchase more via the SFL Shop.

I NEED TO CHANGE ENTRANTS DETAILS...

Several pupils have registered themselves in the wrong year group, have can I correct this?

You'll be able to change entrants year groups, and other details including their passwords by visiting the 'Manage' page in the Chairman's Zone. Just click the 'edit' button next to their name and amends as appropriate.

PUPILS CAN'T REMEMBER THEIR LOG IN DETAILS

Some entrants need to make transfers but they can't remember their log in details, and now they're asking me! Any ideas?

You can see email addresses and usernames for all the teams in your league via the 'Manage' page in the Chairman's Zone. You'll be able to reset passwords soon...

NOT AS MUCH INTEREST AS ANTICIPATED

Despite my best efforts to promote SFL in the school there hasn't been as much interest as I expected. I fear we'll fall short of the lowest threshold for prizes, can we still take part?

Provided you pay for the teams in your league we will continue to update your league and send you a report each week for the entire season. There will be an opportunity to purchase awards later in the season.

If you're not getting much response from the pupils then you might want to consider asking other members of staff and parents to take part, or other non-teaching members of staff at your school.
